All aidentifind services
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 24, 2026
1. Basic Policy
aidentifind (hereinafter referred to as “we”) establishes the following Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of user information in the applications (including smartphone applications under the “ReadyGo” brand), websites, inquiry channels, and all other services we provide (including those to be provided in the future; collectively referred to as “the Services”). If we establish separate privacy provisions (hereinafter referred to as “Individual Policies”) for individual applications or other services comprising the Services (hereinafter referred to as “Individual Services”), the Individual Policies shall apply together with this Policy. In the event of a conflict, the Individual Policy shall prevail only with respect to the relevant Individual Service. In providing the Services, we comply with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws and regulations and handle user information appropriately.
2. Information We Collect
When providing the Services, we collect the following information depending on the context of use. The information actually collected by each service is limited to what is necessary for its functions.
| Context | Information collected |
|---|---|
| Use of our applications | Device and environment information (anonymous user identifiers, operating system and app versions, language settings, etc.), advertising-related identifiers, usage information and error and crash information, and records of use that are necessary for the functions of the service (learning history, self-assessment results, progress and review status, etc.) |
| Browsing our website | Pages viewed, referral sources, browser and device types, approximate region, and identifiers stored in cookies |
| Inquiries and requests | Information you enter in inquiry forms or similar channels (which may include names, company names, email addresses, etc.) |
Records of use of the applications we provide may be stored on our servers, associated with an anonymous user identifier. We do this only to the extent necessary for the functions of the service, such as carrying learning records across device changes and reinstallations and calculating when items should be reviewed. These records are not linked to information that identifies an individual, such as a name or email address.
As a rule, the applications we provide do not require registration of information that can identify an individual, such as a name or email address. However, applications that use sign-in with an external account such as Google or Apple (including ReadyGo Business) collect information such as email addresses to the extent necessary for sign-in (see Section 14 for details).
Information entrusted to us by clients in the course of contracted system development, consulting, or other work is handled in accordance with our contracts with those clients. Matters not covered by those contracts are governed by this Policy.
3. Purposes of Use
We use the collected information for the following purposes.
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Services
- To deliver content and control caching
- To provide features based on records of use, such as managing progress, calculating when items should be reviewed, and carrying records across devices
- To prevent unauthorized use and unauthorized access
- To deliver advertisements and measure their effectiveness
- To investigate problems with the Services and improve quality
- To improve content by understanding and analyzing website traffic
- To respond to inquiries, consultations, and requests for quotations
- To perform work requested by clients and communicate regarding that work
- To provide future external account linking features (this Policy will be revised when these features are provided)
- For other purposes incidental to the purposes listed above
4. Third-Party Services and Advertising
Some of the applications we provide are operated using advertising revenue. In providing the Services, we may use third-party services such as those listed below. These providers collect and use information under their own privacy policies.
| Service category | Examples of potential providers | Examples of information that may be collected |
|---|---|---|
| Advertising | Google AdMob, etc. | Advertising IDs, approximate location information, and app usage information |
| Content delivery (CDN) | Amazon CloudFront (AWS), etc. | IP addresses and access logs |
| Tag management | Google Tag Manager (Google LLC) | Pages viewed and browser and device information referenced in connection with controlling tag delivery |
| Website analytics | Google Analytics (Google LLC) | Identifiers stored in cookies, IP addresses, pages viewed, referral sources, and device information |
| Inquiry forms | Google Forms (Google LLC) | Entered information such as names, email addresses, and inquiry details |
| Crash analysis and analytics | If introduced, the provider’s name will be specified separately | Device information and crash logs |
For information on how advertising providers handle information, please refer to the privacy policies published by each provider (for example, Google’s privacy policy concerning advertising). Users can reset their advertising IDs or opt out of personalized advertising through their device’s operating system settings.
Our website uses Google Analytics to understand website traffic. This service uses cookies to collect browsing information, but this does not include information that identifies an individual through a name, email address, or similar details. Users can refuse collection by disabling cookies in their browser settings or using the “Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on” provided by Google.
5. Anonymous Identifiers and Advertising IDs
The applications we provide do not require login and distinguish users by anonymous identifiers. Information used for authentication is stored in hashed form rather than in plain text. These identifiers and advertising IDs are not linked to information that directly identifies an individual, such as a name or email address. However, because these identifiers may qualify as “personally referable information” or similar categories under applicable laws and regulations, we manage them appropriately and do not use them for purposes other than those specified.
6. Outsourcing
We may outsource all or part of the handling of collected information to third parties to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of use. Potential contractors include providers of cloud infrastructure (such as AWS), content delivery (CDN), text-to-speech (TTS), generative AI (such as Anthropic), in-app purchase management (such as RevenueCat), and business tools such as forms and email (such as Google Workspace). We exercise necessary and appropriate supervision to ensure that contractors manage information appropriately.
7. Data Storage Locations and Handling of Personal Information in Foreign Countries
The servers we use to provide the Services (including cloud infrastructure) may be located in the United States of America. When we outsource the handling of personal information to a provider located in a foreign country, we take necessary measures, giving due consideration to that country’s personal information protection system and other relevant matters, in accordance with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other applicable laws and regulations. The country in which users’ information is stored may have a legal system different from that of Japan, and government agencies or similar bodies may request disclosure of information under that country’s laws.
8. Security Measures
We take necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage to collected information and otherwise ensure its security (including storing device tokens in hashed form, encrypting communications using TLS, and restricting access permissions).
9. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, and Other Actions
When a user requests disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, or other actions regarding personal information we hold (hereinafter referred to as “Disclosure and Other Actions”) under Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other laws and regulations, we respond after verifying that the request was made by the user concerned. Because the applications we provide do not have distinct events such as login or account withdrawal, we retain identifiers and records of use to the extent necessary to provide the Services. If we receive a request for deletion or similar action, we will respond to requests in sequence thereafter, but we do not promise a specific completion date in advance. Please send requests to the inquiry channel in Section 13. As the applications do not require registration of information that can identify an individual, the scope of actions we can take concerning the applications may be limited to the identifiers and records of use we collect.
10. Use by Minors
The Services are not primarily intended for use by minors. Minors using the Services should obtain consent from a parent with parental authority or a similar person before use. If we become aware that a user is a minor, we will respond appropriately in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and app store policies.
11. Linking External Accounts
Some of the applications we provide may offer features for linking external accounts such as Google or Apple. For applications that offer such features, we disclose in this Policy the scope of information collected from the linked account provider, the purposes of use, and other details (see Section 14 for ReadyGo Business). If we provide a similar feature in other applications in the future, we will add it to this Policy and clearly disclose it to users before or at the start of the feature’s availability.
12. Changes to this Policy
We may change this Policy without prior notice to users due to changes in laws and regulations, changes in our business activities, or other reasons. The revised Policy shall take effect when published on the Services or by a method we specify. If we make significant changes, we will endeavor to communicate them through appropriate means, such as posting them on this website or providing in-app notices.

14. Provisions Specific to ReadyGo Business
This section is an individual policy that applies to the business English learning application “ReadyGo Business” (hereinafter the “Business App”). As stated in Section 1, if this section conflicts with any other section of this Policy, this section prevails with respect to the Business App.
(1) Information We Collect
| Information | Details and when it is collected |
|---|---|
| Account information | The email address received from Google or Apple when you sign in (a relay address if you choose Apple’s “Hide My Email”) and the user identifier issued by that provider. We do not collect your name |
| Profile | Your industry, job function, and English level from the survey, and anything you enter in the “Other” fields and the “英語で困っている場面” (situations where you struggle with English) field |
| Text you enter | Descriptions of upcoming plans or situations entered in “次の予定に備える” (Prepare for your next event), and comments entered when you ask for content to be regenerated or report inappropriate content |
| Learning records | Learning history, self-assessment results, and the sets of English sentences and vocabulary created for you |
| Subscription information | The type, status, and period of your App Store or Google Play subscription and records of purchases (payment details themselves are handled by each store and are not collected by us) |
| Notification information | The device’s notification token, if you enable push notifications |
The Business App does not show advertisements and does not collect advertising IDs.
(2) Purposes of Use
In addition to the purposes in Section 3, we use this information to create English sentences, vocabulary, and audio tailored to your industry, job function, English level, and the situations you enter; to manage your subscription status and monthly creation allowance; to suggest what to study; and to manage accounts and prevent unauthorized use.
(3) Transmission to a Generative AI Provider
To create English sentences and vocabulary, we send your profile (industry, job function, English level, and the content of the “Other” fields and the “英語で困っている場面” field) and the text you enter in “次の予定に備える” to Anthropic, PBC (United States), a generative AI provider. To synthesize audio for the created sentences, we send the text of the sentences and vocabulary to the text-to-speech service of Amazon Web Services, Inc. (United States). Both act as our contractors and handle this information to create the sentences and audio. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, the content we send to Anthropic is not used to train its AI models. We have also opted out of Amazon Web Services using the content we send to its AI services to improve those services. We do not send account information such as your email address. The app also informs you, the first time you enter free text, that it will be sent to an external AI, and sends it only after you agree. Please do not enter your name, contact details, other information that can identify an individual, or confidential information in the free-text fields.
(4) Subscription Management
To check your subscription status, we share a subscription management identifier issued by us and the store’s purchase records with the subscription management service RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., United States). This identifier is issued separately from your email address and similar information.
(5) Storage Location
Information in the Business App is stored on servers located in the United States (such as Render and Amazon Web Services) (see Section 7).
(6) Deleting Your Account
You can delete your account at any time from “設定” (Settings) → “アカウント削除” (Delete account) in the app. If you cannot use the app, please request deletion through our inquiry form, including the email address you used to sign in. We will delete your account after confirming that the request comes from you.
When you delete your account, we delete your email address, the link to your external account (including revoking the link with Apple if you signed in with Apple), your sign-in sessions, notification information, and the text you entered (the survey’s “Other” fields and “英語で困っている場面” field, situation descriptions in “次の予定に備える”, comments, and similar). Learning records, the sentences, vocabulary, and audio created for you, your survey choices (industry, job function, and English level), and purchase records are kept in a form that cannot identify you, with the link to your email address and external account removed, for aggregate analysis to improve the service and for accounting records.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. If you are subscribed, please cancel it in the subscription settings of the store.
